Below are copies of the Brookhill HOA Bylaws filed with the state of Florida. The searchable version has not been verified correct with a verbatim text search yet. The Brookhill HOA membership occasionally votes on major rule changes. Unfortunately those changes may not be currently be reflected in the documents below. One of those changes, enacted by a unanimous vote by homeowners at one of our annual meetings, raised our yearly annual dues to $150 per year. Any questions regarding enacted or pending changes need to be directed to the Brookhill President at [email protected] We are in the legal process of updating this document.
